POSITION: Senior Executive - Marketing
DEPARTMENT / FUNCTION: International Division - International Business
LOCATION: Coimbatore - India and has to travel extensively to the designated Geography and also based on need might be deputed to one of the Company’s Foreign Subsidiaries or a specific country on Deputation for Business Development.
REPORTING TO: Zonal / Regional Marketing Managers, India
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Full Time Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and MBA in Marketing & Sales will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years preferred in Sales and Marketing – preferred.
- International travel experience for Business will be an added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for framing marketing & sales strategy, for our products (Water well, Building Services, Waste water pumps, Industrial, mining …) for the designated Geography
- Annual Business plan
- Appointing new distributors for our products State / Region / Segment wise.
- Should play a vital role in setting up the pump distribution network.
- Participating in National / regional level conventions and expo’s to promote our brand.
- Generating orders from Distributors and payment follow-up on overdue.
- Technical knowledge on water well, Industrial & Waste water pumps.
- Sound Market knowledge on water well, Vertical multistage booster pumps, Industrial & waste water pumps.
- Ready to travel extensively to create market for our products.
- Brand building and promotional activities.
- Conducting continuous education workshops/ seminars / conference to the distributors & dealers sales team.
- Generating revenue from the assigned region. Focusing on Top & Bottom line.
- Budgeting & Forecasting for the Australian operations.
- Should have knowledge in inventory management, operational management to keep the overall stock under control.
- Providing market intelligence & MIS reports.
