A booster pump is a mechanical tool used to raise the pressure of water or other fluids. Booster pumps are also known as pressure pumps.The booster pump installation adds some extra pressure to the water and restores it to the desired level. As a result, water can easily reach the building&#8217;s or house&#8217;s required height.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Working principles of Booster pumps<\/b><\/p>\r\n<p>Water injected from a water source enters a water booster pump. Upon hitting the impeller blades, the water is accelerated by the kinetic energy supplied by the blades. Afterward, the water moves into the volute casing or diffuser, which converts the water&#8217;s speed into pressure. Jet pump&#8217;s casing and ejector unit are designed carefully to give the best hydraulic efficiency and suction lift characteristic. The back pull out design facilitates ease of maintenance. JTS series are offered with fully stainless steel pump portion for hygiene applications.
