A submersible groundwater pump is an air-tight sealed motor, close-coupled to the pump body. The submersible groundwater pumps are used to push water towards the surface by changing the rotary motion into kinetic energy by using pressure energy. Priming of submersible groundwater pumps is never required since the whole assembly is submerged in water. The greatest advantage of submersible groundwater pumps is that it prevents cavitation.

CRI fluids offers submersible groundwater pumps with a twin pump option for higher stage pumps to increase life and repairability.
